Hee hee... one month never update liao. I'll be talking briefly abt my attachment in SIA and first few days of sch bah.
Attachment in SIA can be fun, can be boring. Even since i change to safety workshop, i super sianz mode. Nothing much to do one. Then the supervisor very irritating one. Old person then always want us to find things to do. What can u do in the same workshop for 3 weeks? Always find excuses to run away from tat workshop. But the last 2 weeks went by very fast. Visited other workshops in SIA and also went to the hanger and to the apron in the airport!!! So kool.
The hanger was huge siah. It's said to be the world's largest unsupported hanger. Can fit 5 planes siah. Actually get to learn alot of things not taught in class. So kool!!! But too bad never get a chance to go to the cargo compartment to see.
Collection of the temp pass also very troublesome siah. Must go to the airport police there then must pay money to get the pass. -.-" 1 week left, wat's the point siah. Then somemore, because of this pass, got some problems to go to line maintenance. But somehow managed to solve the problem.
I also managed to get the super duper chio bu number from one of the technicians there. But she still haven reply me yet. Haiz... how to make contact with her? Any ideas???
The line maintenace visit was very kool, get to sit on a bus that travels round the apron area of changi airport. Get to see many many planes and how to differentiate the airbus from boeing. I'm the only batch to managed to go for such a visit. Even though didn't get a chance to go down and see how the line maintenance ppl do their work, but it's still a get oppurtunity!!!
I wun be attached to workshop next time if i were to work in SIA. I would most probably be in line maintenance or base maintenance. I also realise that the diploma i'm taking exempts me from 11 of the 13 papers to qualify me as a LAE or licensed aircraft engineer. So kool.
First few days of sch is just a warmup session. Nothing much has happen but there are a few lecturers i cannot take it. One is a distorted looking lecturer teaching me organisational management. Second day of lecture already started teaching and take so long to cover one point. I will die if this were to go on. The next lecturer is my mechanics III lecturer. That fat indian teacher, nobody understands what he is talking abt. HOw to take it siah???!!!
The final year project got the grp members liao. The initial plan was to take up the senior project on the wind tunnel, but see the thingy too complicated liao, so now have to tink of stuff to do lor. Got any ideas on projects related to aeronautical? All ideas will be appreciated!!!
My wrist has yet to recover siah. Hopefully can recover very soon. 3 weeks plus liao. HAiz... Currently mass downloading the new drama serial, lost. It will be shown on june 9, 10pm, but i already watched the first 5 episodes! NICE NICE!!! RECOMMENDED BY ME!!! haha... k lah, me go bathe liao. till i update again, ciaoz...
